Beginning Wed July 14th, Bickett Market will officially be opening our doors for Business. Opening Day be will commence from 4p to 7p and refreshments will be provided.

In the days, weeks, and months following the opener, we will remain open for business Monday through Saturday, every week stocked to the brim with the delicious, NC-local products you've grown to savor and enjoy.

Market Hours will be Monday through Saturday from 11a to 7p (until further notice). Someone will usually stay a bit later if there's demand, however.

Six Month Dairy CSA Announcement: Bickett Market is proud to offer limited subscriptions to a new Homeland Creamery Milk CSA (Community Supported Agriculture). This Dairy CSA is designed for busy families who desire RBST-free, Free-range, Pastured and Pasteurized North Carolina Milk at a special wholesale price with pick up at the new Bickett Market. Membership will be limited to the first 60 families to sign up, and requires a $40.00 membership fee (to purchase commercial refrigerators) for up to 2 gallons of milk plus the wholesale cost and sales tax for the milk for 26 weeks. So a gallon of Milk every week for six months is only $139.45 while 2 gallons comes to $238.90. Half gallons also available.

Milk will arrive Monday morning fresh and direct from Homeland Creamery and will be reserved for your family until Tuesday at closing time. Bickett Market respectfully requests that you sign for your milk at pickup, and purchase additional groceries whenever possible to help guarantee the future of the project.

Our Story

Finally....The trendy art gallery turned industrial agriculture transformation is complete. Raleigh's fresh LOCAL Farm-to-Table warehouse is open!

The warehouse is finally opening and we are ready to be Raleigh's leader in fresh "FARM-TO-TABLE" agriculture and seafood distribution. We have taken the old art gallery and turned it into a one of a kind warehouse. After many long days and nights we have made the transformation from trendy art studio to industrial agriculture warehouse. No more fancy furniture, glass framed art, plush couches or martini glasses. We have replaced all the expensive stuff with splintered barn wood furniture, homemade stainless steel ice tables, barn board shelving and recycled coffee bag ceilings.

What we do have that will really excite you is "super -fresh" hand-picked produce, off the boat seafood, and true all natural, welfare approved and sustainable local meats. It has taken us 3 years of hustling local seafood all over the Triangle, every Saturday morning, at almost every Farmer's Market, to meet the farmers, fisherman and artisans who produce these goods. Our products come from the small guys, working real hard to do the right thing. These are the people who sacrifice high profits for hard work and honest living. Each and every one of our farmer/fisherman partners have something in common: Passion for their work and products!

In this crazy world we now live in, there is a special breed being born once again. The farmer and fisherman have climbed up from the bottom ranks and now have highly respectable professions to once again be proud of. The products being produced in our state and region are some of the best in the world. The farmers markets in our area are national recognized by the top food magazines and the best chefs. The time has come once again where people have to work hard for just a little and quality is a requirement.
